Another thing my advise is dont buy 4K TVs now .Now presently in market 4K TVs are 1st generation TVs as they are having 1.4 HDMI option and for proper 4K viewing we have to be 2.0 HDMI enable option which is not available in market.So be patience and once these 2.0 HDMI enabled TVs will come in to market that time only buy these products and I think it may take at least 1 more year.

Sorry to say this bro but you got it wrong, most of the 4K TV available since 2014 got 2.0HDMI 4K@60p which is the most important factor to enjoy 4K. The only thing missing from the present generation of 4k TV is HDR which will be supported through firmware update in some models.

Most of the 2nd generation 4K TV supports HDMI 2.0 4K@60p, 3rd generation TV will be launched this year which supports HDR.
