Paternity leave is there since last one decade at least. Although not followed by everyone.

Housing is also doing odd things just to grab the market. They are trying to grab eyeballs of public and investors to make foreign funding bro.

The outcome for employees will be good but all this happening for selfish and own benefits.

BTW Housing.com thrown Yadav from CEO post, he's no more part of Housing.com and nor having relationship with them. Yadav screwed a company with weird tactics without concerning Board Of Directors, also they found he's was not a suitable candidate of CEO. So now you won't expect any weird thing from Housing.com

I mean to say various companies provides various benefits.

My company provides term insurance for employees which means if unfortunately someone dies then his family gets 15 times its CTC as insurance amount.

Is your company providing the same. Is Flipkart or housing providing the same.

Mine, they are providing group insurance (medical facilities) for employees, family and parents are covered.

Medical facilities everyone provides but some company provides term insurance too like mine for free.

Still none has come up with a media release or advertisement for it.

It only these new start up companies which are making these showoff
