Same here even I got the message and after some time got another message asking to recharge using mytatasky.com to get discount vouchers

I am on Annual Pack which is going to expire in Jan end & I have sufficient balance to renew it again.

I guess it was just marketing message for asking users to use mytatasky.com for recharging
