it is new rule seems and yes, it would affect other non nativities.
if TN is struggling for their own language then then should think and treat the same about the other language people also but they are shouting about Hindi in out of TN and they doing dictatorship in their own state.TN political parties also same like telangana political parties.here they are doing games for place and in TN about language.

Now this is why there is discrimination among North and South. South languages are tough hence its not possible for every north to learn it. Now South States are restricting outsiders to come to Chennai because whenever someone will visit there he won't be able to communicate with them.

This will definitely irk North or any other citizens. Now i am sure someone from Maharastra will also start advocating to make Marathi compulsory. Gujarati will also do that. So, this will create a discrimination only among the integrity of India. If JJ is keen on making everyone learn Tamil since childhood then let her also assure that no one will come out of her state and will remain there interacting in Tamil forever.

Because of such stupid policies of states, it really hard to find Hindi or English speaking person there in Chennai. They are damn fluent in Tamil but their English is hell pathetic.

Learning ones own language is not bad but forcing is definitely not good.

Yeah. I have been in Andhra and Karnataka. There is no such rigidity like this. They are happy to learn and interact with outsiders in their languages.

Three languages are to be taught in the schools and this one is extended to the CBSE schools which were exempt and i can say some parents would get a stay from court for this order. This is compulsory for upto 10th std.
