afaik if dish tv converts all the chnanels in mpeg4 rather then mpeg2 then dish tv can also match
bcoz dish tv also using DVB S-2 technology

the main problem with tata sky is that they have their customers in top cities only.
in other cities or smaller cities d2h is more famous bcoz its cheap pricing.

also in smaller cities people r more money oriented rather than quality oriented.

bcoz mpeg 4 have better technology.
dish tv pq is worst n its audio quality is even more worse.
if they convert all channels in mpeg 4 then pq + aq will increase.
