I really don't understand the logic behind sitting on 2 new tps. People are crying out for hd channels esp. espn hd. It's time to be really active, reactive and proactive.

bro... proactive is totally different thing. how one can be proactive in dth market where almost everything is uncertain. also if they cud do so then also ROI will be lesser.

They might be working out carriage deals with broadcasters hence the delay

they have 5 vacant tps in hand - 2 are currently being used and three will be for future. so u shud not be worried et al. may be in next 8-10 weeks they will definitely touch 50 channels.

It doesn't matter how much a company estimates on demand, dealing with government agencies is not that easy and they take their own sweet time to complete formalities

2TPs activated with just 4 channels on them; deals with channels, listed in the beginning of the thread, done - then why can't d2h do something similar to what Airtel did 2 days back..

Filling TP's with channels is very easy, but getting TP is very difficult. So they have to keep the balance and then add channels

As far as I know, Airtel were facing serious space crunch. But still they did that mega addition in one day.

TS had space problems, but once it got sorted they have been the first DTH to add a new channel since then.

So d2h is only wise DTH company in the market and a bunch of fools are running the other companies.
