Show me the partnership deed and I will give you proof. Bachho jaisi baat mat karo.

It was not a partnership. It was an exclusive contract. If you don't know what is exclusive contract then search it on Google. Or ask Sonu Nigam.

Independent director is nothing to do here. It's an entirely different thing.
