HELP About Bad Picture quality

i had purchased videocon d2h hd connction around 15 days ago but sd channels picture quality is not good.Pixel is cracking in most of sd channels.
I used dish tv sd connection before this and in that sd channel quallity was better and clear.

I also complain twice to customer care for this but they were not able to solve this issue.They advise me to run sd channel on av mode as in av mode pixel is cracking less.

so please suggest good solution for this.

HDMI cable provides good quality compared to AV and at times the issue would be with the broadcasters too.

But i am getting bad picture quality in all channeles in hdmi and in av mode its clarity is good compared to hdmi

Is there may be a problem in set top box?

Exactly. av cable ruins the picture quality. Try hdmi cable of good quality.
