Screen Size : 5.5 inch
Rear Camera : 13 MP (Clarity of the photos should be good)
Front Camera : 5 MP (Clarity of the photos should be good)
RAM : 2 GB (I am fine with 3 GB as well )
Internal Storage : 16 GB
External Storage : Expandable memory should be present
Processor : Reliable one
Dual Sim is preferred but it is not a requirement

Gaming will be minimal and limited to Candy Crush, Temple Run kind of games

4G/LTE - I am not sure what is the difference

Budget : 10K - 12K (Can stretch a little for better quality product)
