I am from Mumbai. I only need these channels in my Mumbai house. So which package I should opt for let me know. These are the channels below:

Are you an SD customer? If yes, ask d2h to change your package to New South Gold, you will get all the channels you need+ all English news channels and Ten Sports extra.
But you won't find any English movie channel in it. So you can use an add-on named 'English Entertainment' and you will get all major English movie channels ( STAR MOVIES, PIX
HBO, ZEE STUDIO,
ROMEDY NOW, WARNER BROTHERS,
STAR WORLD, COMEDY CENTRAL,
STAR MOVIES ACTION, ZEE CAFÉ) at 62 rupees per month.

254+62=316 per month, the cheapest way to get all you need.

I am a PLATINUM HD customer and earlier I use to pay 5500 annually and now they want me to pay Rs 7296 annually. So instead of that I better cut down on what I dont watch only

If you are an HD customer. You can save money by opting for New Diamond package with HD add-on for 12 month. 402 rupees for new diamond pack per month and you can get HD add-on for 12month at Rs.999 only. So you can recharge annually of 4824 for New Diamond. And 1000 for one year HD addon. And this way you will bring down your cost to Rs.5823 per year.

You will have to ask d2h customer care to activate 12 month HD add-on, instead of 1 month when you change your package.
Steps that you will have follow are;
Step1- Call d2h and downgrade your package to New Diamond
Step-2 Recharge your account one time with 4824 and then with 1000.
Step-3 Call d2h customer care after rechage and ask them to activate 12 months HD add-on.

Done ! Enjoy your new package and save money.

Instead of that Teufel what you suggested me earlier brings my cost to Rs 3792 annually with that New South gold pack. So I just want to know if I can add HD add on for Rs 1000 to this New South Gold Pack if I go for it?

You can use New South Gold pack with HD add-on, but you won't get any English movie channel in HD or SD. You will be able to get English News channels in New South Gold though, but this pack is for South region and you will have to insist them to change to it.
With New South Gold and annual HD pack you can bring your cost to 4047 per year. 3048 for New South Gold and 999 for HD.
Follow the same steps mentioned for New Diamond.
