Yeah. It's a big house. I am interested in knowing the cost too.
Land cost will be high & for construction minimum 40 - 50 Lakhs will be required
Don't expect adithya to disclose actual cost of construction in public domain
Finding suitable land with correct titles at affordable cost is next to impossible now
