HELP no signal on some channel

Using MDU Disha

STB using INSAT4 satellite

i can watch all old channel . but when i try to watch newly added change on February .( eg Channel number 801 , 802 , 568 566 and much more .) i get msg "NO SIGNAL"

Reallign your dish and see whether you are getting the new channels and if it doesn't show call Tata sky cc and register a complaint

thanks for reply . i can't realign it as its common dish . only option is log complain to CC .

I am also facing the same problem. I am unable to watch any of the newly added channel.

Tries to resolve it with call center but it didn't happened. Then technician visited and couldn't do anything. He said that he will send the MDU Team.

Probable solution he offers was.

1. Replacement of LNB of common Dish
2. Twin cables required (currently is am using only one with splitter)
3. Installation of SatCR.

I will wait for replacement of LNB because the other two would be mine expenses.

Im bro remove the splitter and use double cable
Im sure problem will be solved.

in my case i have two wire till Tatasky junction box . i chat with tatasky cc . but they are not able to understand problem .

update : finally log complaint .

i m not using spliter . i will update once my issue is resolve . why there is no thread about this when lots of people facing the same issue
