Tata Sky's customer care service is worse than d2h. In fact, d2h is a way faster in some aspects of customer care which I am going to mention below. Although they have an extra way to get in touch with customer care representative, that's is online Chat, Tata Sky is not even close to d2h in some aspects.
Here are the cons;
1) There is no toll free number to call customer care representative.
This is perhaps the worst among their customer care aspects.
2) They are a wayyyyyy slower than d2h when it comes things like upgrading package. (I have placed a request to upgrade my package to Ultra pack from Grand sports. It has been more than 24 hours and still nothing has been done)
In d2h, they rarely take 2-3 hours to upgrade the package. In fact, in most cases it is done in seconds.
3) Customer care representative provided wrong information. (The first request which I had placed for package change was wasted. Because customer care representative provided wrong information when she called. She said there is no English Entertainment chanenls in Ultra package and for that reason I had to drop the request of upgrade. All English Entertainment chanenls are available in Ultra pack but she didn't know it. In fact, when I said Ultra she thought I was taking about Ultra Plus.
That's been my experience so far. I will update more if I find any.
