In my view it is a new channel.yes,it is coming in the place of fox action movies but this channel design and movie content every thing is changed.Now it is coming in a new Avatar.So we can say it is a new channel.

Not only that,Now they are giving premier movies also, earlier it was not there,in Fox action movies ,evry time they gave only(most of the) Chinese and Korean dubbed movies but now English action movies also coming.
