Still no update from technical team bUT got a message frm Tata sky that ur visit is scheduled between 3/5/2016 around 18.20 to 18.40 almost 3rd day to complete

Its quite surprising. I got a call immediately I had an issue with signals and got it restored in half a day why so big delay.
