Personally i like this movie , director exposed Rajini acting skill , Ranjith need to improve some areas for handle legend heroes , Thalaiva for vijay Kabali for Rajini.
Sure this will break only the opening collection , other than Chennai, movie got bad opinion from fans side.My uncle is one of fan club head in covai area , but their group not impressed with the movie result.In Chennai after 15 minutes all are switched to silent mode , i cant judge them , they are impressed with their thalaivar acting or movie got bored ?

I think Thanu already judged the movie result , that is the reason he increased the price and avoid losses if any !

All are focusing overseas market only , he is unbeatable king of oversea.If you check with india sallu , sharuk movie theater count is equal to rajini movie theater released count.Tamil Nadu + Kerala movie got released 1246 theaters approx 3000 screens.Per screen (70 % theaters shows 6 shows a day) min 300 tickets and min 300 rupees for first day.
For day one 162 Cr in India ( black money) , for white 54 Cr.
