I recently had a problem with downgrading my package. You know they have stupid policy "You can't remove ala-carte,addons & packages within 30days" I complained to CEO they changed my package & deactivated my addon.I also complained about reducing package prices . I really want all the user of this forum complaint about reducing package prices specially HD packs prices and bringing more channels to this platform.

Yeah, Your email has to be strong. I mean use hard language not abusive.

I don't understand what he was saying? cooperate? even if we send countless emails to them. They won't reduce package prices. Use these emails for deactivating adds on or to change packs.

Thats why I posted these emails. Send an email with strong language let them know how disappointed you're with videcon d2h. They'll change pack or deactivate your add ons.
