Important Try this for the problem of not pairing the MPEG4 STB

After replacing the new MPEG4 STB few users r facing the problem to pair the STB +VC. i got the below info from a technician. few STB is not getting paired and asks for recharge amount rs 999/- . Mine was a earlier Work order so was the 1st to be paired for free . few others were asking for recharge and not paired .
1st confirm that ur Work order is for Free replacement . Boxes r not paired bcoz of the tag of Work order. if every thing is correct and still not pairing then >
Old SW STB is most of the time not pairing the VC . . if u update the SW then pairing will be easy .
Still its not done then Call CC for confirmation of free and ask them to pair .

I raised 3 WO's and 1st one generated as a payable one(Rs.500/-) and thus I cancelled. Second one generated and during pairing, back-end told me that I'm not eligible for this offer as my STB is more than 5 years old and then cancelled the WO. Again I raised a new WO with CC Chat executive and as per them, I am eligible for Free replacement. Waiting for that update also.

Yes u r right, thats the issue from few days .Havent u got any SMS for schedule ? also confirmation about ur Work Order ? if not call CC now.
Always better to call CC , use Toll free number 18001806633 .

atlast got my problem solved at 5.00 pm today. got new stb and it got paired easily within a mimute
