its short and small without buttons, STB looks good. after s/w update channel and info bar looks good with a box on left side with Tatasky logo and lastly sound and picture quality has improved. volume bar on right side instead of bigger volume bar as it was earlier

Yes the volume bar is even shorter than HD SW.
Only drawback i saw is the ads below EPG bar which makes the Bar bigger and the viewing area smaller.

yes also the Tatasky logo box on the left side

Remote Response time is more than older software, also in organizer they change all type, no action by number kyes. Because they will going to put ads in empty space same like airtel

Ads r already in the EPG Bar . this makes the Bar bigger .

currently its at bottom of bar but in future when we press any button like organizer, actve, guide, showcase there is lot of empty space. In this we can see ads

Yes u r right, thats the issue from few days .Havent u got any SMS for schedule ? also confirmation about ur Work Order ? if not call CC now.

Some Filed Engineer from Hyderabad called and informed that I'm not eligible and then he cancelled that WO this time also. So all the 3 WO's got cancelled.

call cc, ask about mpeg4 info, then tell that want to change your stb. You will get new. Try this
