I gave missed call on 8010968343 to activate this offer today, But my HD Addon was not upgraded only the base package was upgraded..

A 20 minute long call but their senior executive was unable to understand this simple point in T&C. :mad:

No bro. My HD add-on too was upgraded after I SMSd to Regional Manager of d2h customer care.
He said that the basic package gets upgraded instantly but upgradation of respective HD add-on is a backend activity and done separately.
The senior customer care executive was unaware about this.
