To deposit money you will need to submit id proof and records will be kept on which person deposited how much. . . Now thes big fishes with black money have money in scale of crores, so unless they have as many relatives as "Shivaji:The Boss" , the relatives will be caught.
The only doubt I'm having is, what will happen to black money deposited in Swiss bank?
