Try resetting stb

Hai Pawans bro

only two options are available :

1) try heavy refresh from airtel self care portal

2) take out the stb and keep it as it comes as a new box. means it should not be attached to anything i.e. no wire, no cable etc. put it like that for 2 hours and it will definitely work.

factory reset done bro... but, problem is still there...
