How ??? whats the process
Please note the recent changes below:
Subscribers with HD box- Would not be able to see HD+1 channels, He/ She will continue to see SD+1 channels, Karaoke, Push VOD, VOD Catalogue
Subscribers with SD Box- Would continue to see SD+1 channels
The above constraint is applicable only till the time the Subscriber's Ch.100 is Welcome Channel.

Subscribers with SD Box- Would continue to see SD+1 channels

Call them up and they will do it.
They will reconfirm box's ID so you will have to look under it and tell them.
I can see HD+1 on plus hd

I called them 4 times today the box rolls back the changes made by them. I had issues with the box so asked fr the replacement of the box. There has been some issues going on to the box from day-1

I see HD+1 channels and then it reverts back. Had consistant signal ssues in past. Have issues with the box starting up bt not showing any thing on TV

Yes, they told there is a policy change, the HD+1 services would be available only after 90 days. Not sure why this policy, till that date it will show Tatasky welcome on 100 channel.
This issue is with all STB bro and not only ur STB its coz of policy change. Are u facing any other issues in the new HEVC STB ??? Are u going ahead with the replacement ???

well no as they are giving me a refurbished Technicolor Box without the HEVC one.
Ohh. But why are u taking old STB ??? isnt the new one good??
