I tried to avail the tata sky offer but they raised workflow for SD STP. As mine is HD, I was asked to cancel the request and give a missed call again but after that they did not come back to me. The TataSky support do not have access to this offer and they ask to just wait. Is there any way I can contact Tata Sky?
Also when they say reliance credit will be given to TS account do they mean unused money or remaining package amount? I subscribed to reliance 1 year package for all channels by paying Rs6600 just 2,3 months back. If it is just unused money (I have around Rs71) may be I can look airtel offer if TS is not responding. If they compensate for remaining duration then TS is the only way for me.

Only Tata sky is giving the remaining balance of reliance account. So if you want that balance then Tata sky is the only option but there is no harm is checking with other operators. If they're compensating the balance as special case them it would be worth of a deal

Finally reached somebody in customer care who could help. So they are installing HD STB today evening. As for the balance of the longterm pack concerned nobody has an idea. I guess I have to wait to see if they credit only unutilized amount in the account or some credit for remaining long term pack also will be given

Got the STB installed today. The technician used the same cable and dish and realigned the dish. Paid 200 for Dhamaka 199 plan. The connection came with a 1 month free dhamaka mix HD. Now to see how much money will be transferred from Reliance. Hopefully they give prorated long term pack money back. I need sports and english movies. It seems I need to spend atleast 650 per month if I want those with HD :(
