GSM player AIRCEL may slowly shut down services in the country, following a failed attempt at merging operations with Anil Ambani-led Reliance Communications (RCom), it has a debt of some Rs. 20,000 crore, is likely to sell its wireless assets, excluding spectrum, to a larger telecom service provider.
