I want a bengali news channel which support BJP. As a joint venture, 24 Ghanta never supports BJP, all bengali news channels are promoting only "Didi".

The term "soon" can be deceiving.
Living Roots and other Living channel were to be launched soon. This was said over a year back when Living Foodz was launched.

That's what I dont understand even though they r not in competition in Tamil they launched HD channel over there but being highly competitive in Telugu it didn't where all its rivals have there own HD version

Yes no one's in competition for number 1 position but for 2-3-4-5
Zee Tamil is the number 3 GEC in Tamil market which is flooded with Gec and you say not in Competition.
Agree Telugu HD should have come as well as Kannada where Zee has cemented its number 2 position.
