I got when it was officially available. Meanwhile if you have lower plan you may get that option to upgrade. You might also get if you upgrade to postpaid from prepaid. You may also pretend to port your number and give a try.

Airtel could be slightly better but has expensive plans. Not anything against airtel but lately airtel has not been consistent in network coverage.
