Tata Sky offers” English Entertainment Pack at Rs 6 for first month “promotional” offer on English Entertainment Pack – It’s a 1 Day Promotion Offer ("Promotion") offered on Tata Sky, wherein Tata Sky Residential subscribers subscribing to the English Entertainment Pack ("English Entertainment Pack”") on 15-Feburary 2014 shall be entitled to receive English Entertainment Pack at Rs 6 for the first month of subscription, after the completion of first month, the pack becomes chargeable at Rs55 pm from second month onwards.

All Tata Sky subscribers (hereinafter referred to as “You”) who avail of this offer shall be bound by the following terms and conditions:

Definitions

"Active account status" means a positive account balance in your Subscriber Account.

"Promotion Day": 15 February 2014

Eligibility

  1. The Promotion is open ONLY to Tata Sky subscribers with an Active account status.
  2. You must have subscribed to English Entertainment Pack on the Promotion Day.
  3. The following persons cannot avail this Promotion:
    1. Employees and relatives of Tata Sky;
    2. Tata Sky business associates including its dealers and advertising agencies; and
    3. Anyone else who may be involved with the Promotion.
    4. Subscribers who are already holding English Entertainment Pack as part of Base pack or as add on pack as on the offer day.
  4. Tata Sky reserves the right, at any time, to verify eligibility requirements, in any manner deemed appropriate.
Modes of availing the Promotion:

  1. You may avail the Promotion by subscribing to the English Entertainment Pack on the Promotion Day by the following way:
    By giving a missed call to 0 78150 78150 from Your Registered Mobile Number
  2. The Price of the pack is Rs 55 pm and you can get it for only Rs 6 for the first month by subscribing the pack on the promotion day.
  3. Rs 6 will be deducted from your Tata Sky account on the promotion day itself.
  4. No Refunds will be made in case the subscriber is already holding the pack.
  5. The pack stays chargeable at Rs 55 per month after the first month of subscription is over. No cash refunds shall be made under any circumstances whatsoever.
  6. Tata Sky reserves the right at anytime, without prior notice, to add or vary all or any of these terms and conditions or to replace, wholly or in part this Promotion or to withdraw it completely.
  7. Tata Sky will not be liable for any loss, damage or cancellation of this Promotion caused by events beyond its reasonable control including war, natural calamities, floods, failure of telecommunication network etc.
  8. You acknowledge and agree that all disputes in relation to this Promotion shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of courts of Mumbai.
  9. Tata Sky is not responsible for printing or typographical errors in any Promotion related materials; or for transactions that are lost, misdirected, fail to enter into the processing system, or are processed, reported, or transmitted late or incorrectly or are lost for any reason including computer, telephone, paper transfer, mail system, human or other error; or for electronic, computer, or telephonic malfunction or error, including inability to access the Tata Sky website or process any transaction thereon.

“Tata Sky Jingalala Saturdays: Everywhere TV Offer” (“Offer”) is a promotional scheme which is being offered on Tata Sky Ltd. (“Tata Sky”), wherein a Tata Sky subscriber (“You” / “Your”), having an Active Account Status would be able to avail “Everywhere TV” on 22 February, 2014 and 23 February, 2014 (“Offer Days”), for free for a period of 30 (thirty) days from the Offer Day (“Offer Period”) on the registered device(s) by simply giving a missed call on ‘08956789567’ from you registered mobile number (“RMN”).

The Offer is, in addition, to the existing promotional scheme available from Tata Sky and this Offer can be availed only on the Offer Days.

In the event of you availing this Offer, in addition to the terms and conditions stipulated in the Subscription Contract (for the subscription of Tata Sky Direct to Home (DTH) services which includes Hardware Warranty Terms And Conditions, Specific Terms And Conditions of Tata Sky Subscription Contract, Specific Terms And Conditions of Tata Sky Subscription Contract for Tata Sky Hardware provided on an Entrustment Basis, and the Manual and Terms & Conditions For Everywhere TV on Tata Sky Mobile App available on www.tatasky.com, you shall be bound by the Terms and Conditions contained herein this Offer document.

ELIGIBILITY

  1. The Offer is open ONLY to Tata Sky subscribers with an Active Account Status.
  2. Everywhere TV can be activated only on iPhone models (from Apple inc). 3GS, 4, 4s, 5, 5C and 5S on OS versions 5.1 or higher and all iPad models (from Apple inc.) on OS versions 5.1 or higher and Samsung Galaxy S III & S4, Samsung Galaxy Note II & 3, HTC one X, Nexus 4 and Samsung Grand Duos. To know if your android device supports Everywhere TV, Download the Tata Sky Mobile App and you will be able to see the Everywhere TV section only if your device supports Everywhere TV.
  3. Any number of Devices can be registered with Tata Sky for Everywhere TV, however, Everywhere TV, at a given time, can be activated on a maximum of 2 (Two) Devices of an Active Tata Sky Subscriber.
  4. The following persons shall not be entitled to avail this promotional scheme:
    1. Employees and relatives of Tata Sky;
    2. Tata Sky business associates including the dealers and advertising agencies;
    3. Anyone who may be involved with the promotion such as Content Partners, Vendors, Agencies etc.; and
    4. Subscribers already holding Everywhere TV on 2 devices.
  5. Tata Sky reserves the right, at any time, to verify eligibility requirements, in any manner deemed appropriate.
SUBSCRIPTION PROCESS

  1. You would be able to avail the Offer by subscribing to the Everywhere TV on the Offer Days by simply giving a missed call on ‘08956789567’ from your RMN between 00:01 hours on 22 February 2014 to 23:59:59 hours on 23 February 2014.
  2. After the completion of the Offer Period, you shall be charged an Admin Fee of INR 60 per month per device or as may be decided by Tata Sky in its sole discretion, till you continue to subscribe to the Everywhere TV.
  3. No two offers can be clubbed to avail this Offer.
  4. Post receiving the Call, the Tata Sky Associate will help you Download Tata Sky Mobile App, Register your device and Activate Everywhere TV on your registered device(s).
  5. Everywhere TV is not supported on jail broken devices.
  6. Everywhere TV is accessible for only those select channels to which you are entitled as per your subscription pack on the Tata Sky DTH Platform and / or the channels for which Tata Sky has the right of distribution on the Everywhere TV. The inclusion of the same on Everywhere TV shall be decided by Tata Sky at its sole discretion, based on the specific rights’ granted by the Broadcasters / Content Providers (Linear and Non-Linear) to Tata Sky in the Content therein and other relevant considerations.
  7. You can stream / download the Content, as applicable, using 3G, broadband over Wi-Fi, Wi-Fi broadband, EDGE. A minimum internet speed of 512 KBPSshall be required for a smooth streaming / download of the Content. Tata Sky shall bear no assurance or responsibility w.r.t. the quality of streaming on your registered Devices.
  8. Data charges shall be as applicable by the mobile service/ internet service provider. Please check this with your ISP/mobile service provider before subscribing to the Everywhere TV.
  9. Live TV streaming is permitted within the territorial boundaries of India only.
    As per directions from broadcasters/ content providers received by Tata Sky from time to time, certain specific programs on Live TV channels may not be made available for viewing on the device.
  10. Select videos from Tata Sky’s Video on Demand (“VOD”) library will be made available for viewing on your registered devices. In addition to the admin fee payable by you for accessing Everywhere TV, you will also need to pay a separate fee towards videos selected by you to enjoy VOD services on Everywhere TV.
  11. All content displayed as a part of promotion, may not be lined up on the Offer Day and may be available on subsequent days of the Offer Period.
  12. Everywhere TV will be accessible for free during the Offer Period on a maximum of two registered devices for the Everywhere TV. Post the Offer Period, Everywhere TV will be charged at a regular fee of Rs. 60/- per month per device or as per the applicable prevalent rate.
  13. To de-activate Everywhere TV, you will be required to call Tata Sky helpline.

  3. You acknowledge and agree that all disputes in relation to this promotion scheme shall be subject to exclusive jurisdiction of the Courts of New Delhi, India.

  6. In the event of any inconsistency between the Subscription Contract & the Everywhere TV terms and conditions on www.tatasky.com, these Terms and Conditions, in so far as this Offer is concerned, the latter shall prevail.
  7. By subscribing to the Offer, you give consent to and agree to abide by all the provisions of this Offer.
