They are improving the services day by day. After much feedbacks and complaints they seems to making Gemini HD a true hit now

They are improving but they are not able to do simple thing of showing movies in HD. SUN TV telecasting old movies also in HD but Gemini not able to telecast new movies

May be because of movie rights. Some distributors charge separately for HD movies and due to less viewership, they would have restricted themselves for acquiring more movies.

But unless they show more and more HD movies, channel won't be popular.

older movies need to be converted onto HD that have satellite rights for about 10 years min and would take time to convert.
I think sun network is concentrating on one language and moves onto next until they got some assurance.

Telugu movies technically lack behind comparing to Tamil.Strange thing is you wont find 5.1 sound in most of the recent popular movies also in DVDs.No re mastered film and sound unlike Hindi or Tamil.Even Telugu Blu ray discs are so costly comparing to Hindi and Tamil.Disc cost is almost equal to English 3D blu ray disk.DVDs and Blu ray discs are minimum requirements but these technologies also not properly implemented in Telugu so how can we expect HD movies in Telugu channels with 5.1 sound??

No.They are giving same transmission in HD channel also.If they coming with new content then may be they can attract new ads.I think in Sun HD channels also they are not getting any extra revenue from ads.
