We can't say exactly.But Dish TV Bringing Zing to rural areas..where HD channels are not famous.So with out HD channels also then can introduce Zing in Andhra pradesh.

Bro. every DTH assign LCN according to broadcaster like STAR SPORTS lcn is yet to set according to order, STAR SPORTS 3 come first then STAR SPORTS 1 in dishtv.

Assigning of LCN is purely DTH wish.Broadcaster nothing to do with it.Now all 13 channels added in test LCNs later they will add in LCNs accordingly.
