Blame Dish TV Only After 31st August 2014 For Removing Star/FIC Channels If D2h Also Remove Some Star/FIC Channels

I think d2h won't do anything because they're the only DTH which providing Premium channels in Starter Packs.

6,7 years ago dishtv don't have problem with any broadcaster, right now d2h is running in dishtv model but bet me after few years you will found that d2h will start cutting the cost may be they bring 2 regional pack offer like others or tighten the screw by the name of HD channels.

What is the connection of CRT TV with dishtv ?

you could opt other DTH and get HD connection in case you have LCD TV.
