tata sky smart box dongle

I know that tata sky has transfer box which is basically HD/HD + with minor changes but still there is no smart box/service like airtel. VOD content isn't much and doesn't get more content regularly. I read in april that tata sky will bring smart dongle/new box which will work like smart box, so...
