All eyes will be on the Supreme Court, which is slated to hear the petitions of the 17 disqualified MLAs of the Congress and Janata Dal (Secular) on Monday.
It was the resignations of these MLAs which had brought down the previous HD Kumaraswamy government. The disqualified MLAs have petitioned the court to strike down the order by the previous Speaker Ramesh Kumar, which spelt their ineligibility for the upcoming bypolls in the state.

Matter has been posted to Wednesday after arguments in court. Looks like they will get reprieve from top court and disqualification process will be nullified.
