Update 4k stb forced OTA?

Hi,
I recently installed the 4k stb & noticed i m on the old software, its dated 2015 in the diagnostic info,
is there a way i can force OTA for the firmware? this 4k set top box has a reset button behind & i tried pressing it for few secs & it did a reset, i want to do a forced OTA, anyone here knows how to do that without an engineer visit?

1. Switch off the stb

2. In plug the power cable from stb

3. Hold the reset button and plug the the power cable to stb ( reset button solid be hold until you got the download page )

4. Then your stb will automatically initiate the download for latest software

ok will give it a try as before i released the "reset" button in 4-5 secs after seeing the videocon d2h logo & was saying "starting up" will try again keeping the "reset" button pressed till the software download page appears.

any idea how long the ota update takes to complete?

Got the forced OTA to work but nothing happened, it was showing downloading latest software & was not progressing for 15 mins & reverted back to home channel, no errors etc.
So i guess they must have rolled back the new firmware for the 4k box?
