HELP [4K STB] No sound is coming from HD channels when Dolby sound is

When system settings audio preference is selected as "Dolby Digital" , no sound is coming from the dolby supported HD channels.

I am using 4k STB. This problem is occurring from past 3 days. Any one else is facing this same problem?.

Oh.. working fine for the last 4 months. Now got this problem. Morning engineer came, that time again it was working..
Tried with both HDMI cable and optical output.. same issue.

Did u set Dolby digital as default in System setup->audio setup?

No Bro Only Service Or Replacement

OKay Vadirocks bro.
Dolby sound is coming from Hometheater only if i connect through Optical output from STB. If TV is connected via HDMI, no dolby sound is coming from TV even though TV supports Dolby.
Dont know whther STB or TV issue.

Raised complaint to LG service centers. Lets see whose issue it is.
