
Bharti Airtel Limited has announced the launch of its 4G services in Nagpur. With this roll out, Nagpur becomes the second city in Maharashtra after Pune and the 14th city in the country to get Airtel 4G.
Customers in Nagpur can now avail the service on either dongles or on Wi-Fi with the home broadband solution of CPEs (Customer Premise Equipment/ routers).
Announcing the launch, Ashok Ganapathy, Hub CEO – Maharashtra, Goa & Gujrat, Bharti Airtel (India) said, “We are proud to announce the launch of Airtel 4G services in Nagpur enabling customers to access the most advanced wireless broadband experience available across the globe. Customers can enjoy Airtel 4G’s unbeatable speed on Airtel 4G dongles and Wi-Fi CPEs at affordable prices. The dongles are priced at Rs 1,500 and the CPE is priced at Rs 2,500. Customers can select from a host of affordable 4G postpaid plans. A special plan of Rs 2,000 for CPEs has also been introduced for heavy data users which will offer 40 GB of 4G data, said an Airtel release.
