Active Services consume slightest of TP Space. TP is required only for bandwidth and these services doesn't acquire any space. TP works like Computer RAM for Active Services. Once data is called, it become active and after the command is fulfilled , it again becomes blank.
Also, TP acts as a medium to bookmark such services. Active Service Efficiency depends upon the Server strength and we all know how good Tatas and Airtel are in terms of such assets.

Yes any which will be available on the library . Any downloaded content will be available in DVR for 7 days only from the download date. After that it will be automatically erased.
More details will clarify about the Monthly Rental and its charges. We have to wait for that.

I don't think there would be any requirement for transponder for this service since it will be based on broadband internet. Finally everything is going to be d internet based as jio dth is also trying to do something similar. Good thing of the internet based tv service is that the won't be any solar or bad weather blackouts or LNB/misalignment issues(in fact we don't need dish at all). But it will take some time to get popular as the stbs are expected to be expensive and availability of broadband could also be an issue.
