Update All active channels consolidated into one list "Channel Active"

D2H consolidated all active service channels into one list. Now the viewable area increased and good to watch compare to previous one. Good move by d2h.

Now only Channel Active list is available and the rest 3 active service group has been removed.

Available: Channel Active
Removed: State Active, East Active, Darshan Active

In channel active, channels are available in small Windows.

Mostly these channels are those channels which are free to air and has once paid Carriage fee to d2h.
