HELP Audio and Video settings on DISH NXT

Hi friends good morning,

I have just started using DISH TV Nxt , would like to know the best settings for AUDIO & VIDEO for Dish tv Nxt. TV iam using is LG SMART 3D LED TV with LG sound bar for sound output connected to TV.

The problem iam facing is when i set the audio on 5.1 iam getting the audio, but when i change to other HD channel some times i do not get the audio, then have to manually set on the audio on the dish tv.

any solutions kindly advice.

Settings done is as below
My Dish TV-audio & video-5.1 Audio settings - 5.1 on

there is nothing as default for AUDIO in NXT BOX.
Video settings ???

If you set 5.1 audio on your stb. You will get 5.1 sound if that channel has 5.1 else it will provide 2.1 audio.
On which channels are you not getting audio ?

If I am watching a channel with 5.1 audio ex sun music hd channel 1806 then I use guide to move to sony max is 342 then there is no audio.

But when I switch to an hd channel from sd channel it's works perfect with 5.1 on.

Also this issue was not there when I was using dish tv tru hd

I never experienced such a issue. Do factory reset and see.
