Many of my friends are into production firms and had shared similar work pattern with any show.

Those who look most gentle on screen are most arrogant.

Shakti Kapoor who is rapist on screen is very fearing in real life.

Where as Ajay Devgan who looks so romantic and decent is real bad and famous in casting couch.

But Kapil Sharma is not Ajay Devgn, SRK, Salmaan Khan atleast I don't expect this treatment from him though we all know Shows are scripted and have to be scripted but those peoples who r invested our time just to meet their Fav. Character what will the output comes.

Bro. this is a experience of 2 Girls which goes to see the shooting of Comedy Nights and basically they explain how 1 Episode gets completed, how crew members treated to Studio audience, how some Invited VIP guest treated specially, Kapil specifically choose some audience who not able to dance or he assigns some particular audience to ask specific question even if they neglect they made force to do that also how crew members decides which specific peoples needs to sit where as you always found glow faces before Camera also if shooting gets late crew members don't give your phone back not even allow you to drink water also they don't allow you to stand until and unless shooting didn't complete, if you want a photo session with Kapil they didn't allow that too as only VIP guests are allow to meet with Kapil basically they explain their Horrible experience of this show.
