Only LTE smartphone users. If don't have LTE, it won't work in any 3G or 2G phone anyway, even if you could get the SIM .

So everyone who is planning to buy a new phone in near future, make sure it has both LTE and VoLTE. Even if you have LTE, you wouldn't be able to make calls, you would need Jio Join app, so better buy any LTE and VoLTE device.
