Yes, of course.
But watching English movie in Hindi is a really bad experience. It's for those who cannot understand English.
The fun goes missing after dubbing !

yes...but sometime their tone & translation makes the thing hilarious.....

Not always. I also like to watch some movies in Hindi if dubbing is done by professionals and not by pirates

You are right, they gives original sound nowadays in Hindi version if officially dubbed
