HELP Can't view Sony Ten 1-2 (SD and HD)

Hey guys, new to this forum. Sorry if this is the wrong thread.

From yesterday I can't see Sony Ten series of channels. I was able to view them fine yesterday morning however at night something happened and now I don't. I can see the rest of the channels fine even Star Sports channels.

The problem seems to only be with Sony Ten 1 and Sony Ten 2. I can't see neither the SD nor the HD version.

Can someone help?

Hey guys, I'm getting a B0001 (something like that) error it says no signal. And if I press ok it takes me to signal strength and it shows zero. However if I change the channel to any other channel say DSports it shows good signal and I can view it fine. Thanks in advance.
