Since this channel is added in MPEG4 DVBS2, most of the ROI subscribers who dont have MPEG4 box will not be able to view this channel. Only HD, HD+ and SD MPEG4 box subscribers can view this channel.

Looks like they will be using this channel to promote HD and HD+ sales/contents

What benefits they got if only HD users see this promo channel.
