Today suddenly so many add-on & a-la-carte channels added in my account automatically, Almost 17-18 channels, While calling customer care they are saying that those channel has been activated by the dealer's end (I am staying outside of India), but I don't know nothing,, even I don't want those channels.
So I removed most of them via using D2h Infinity App, although still there are some channel left, D2h Cinema, SIX HD, Zee Khana Khazana & Kochu Tv, those I didn't activated at all.
Can anyone PLZ help me to remove those channels & what action I can take to stop these type of dealer's fraud activity in future such as without my call or mail no dealer can activate any channel on my account...
One more thing, I am a HD user, I would like to avail the recording facility by subscribe the USB DVR Recording facility in my D2h account with One time recording activation charge is Rs. 199 and Monthly recording subscription charge is Rs. 30 for USB DVR Recording subscription. Currently I m using HD 2011 STB, Which recently got updated & my download id is 45. I am requesting them again & again but no positive feedback received till now...
