Update Channels from Gsat 10 by Feb 2013?

In reply to my mail regarding activation of Gsat 10 tps Bangluru office of Tata Sky called me saying that by Feb next year channels addition will start since got rights last month( Nov
I think) and work is going on in this regard.
So, we have to wait till Feb!

Not possible, even no official info in tata sky. I think only high responsible officer are known but its confidencial so no any info. is given by tata sky regarding how many tp and when?

As I state above in response I got a call from no. 8066233000 stating above facts. I too expected email reply. But many times they call in reply of email.

On mobile conversation they can give wrong info because there is no record we complain, but if they give confirmation by mail we can complain so this info given by cc may be wrong but cant say exact, they might give max. Time limit. Channels addition can be possible within january.

To avoid any possible complicacy written reply is generally avoided but looking at the things as they stand now the CC reply seems true. A lot of work has to be accomplished by them before activating Gsat10.
