I had not used Apple TV IndianMascot bro but regularly use chrome cast and it is awesome. Streaming fast youtube videos :hd:, now even supports any web videos playing on chrome. My son always wants to see his Peppa pig episodes in TV :up:.

I have LG G4 it supports miracast. So this connects with chromecast and plays seemless. And about hard disk right now I can't connect using chromecast. There are some beta version of chromecast and need to download and check it but I don't have much knowledge about it so not trying. I only know that beta version of chromecast help in casting some of the images and videos form laptop.

For playing local movies I use my sony home theater HT-IV300 using pendrive. It plays most of the format and provides me with 5.1 if movies has it.
