In adhitiya channel (Sun Group) videocon d2h is sponsoring advertisement. Is it just an advertisement only or earlier before d2h thought of selling business may be that connection. Can anyone clarify please..

Videocon d2h is sponsoring Advt even on Zee Cafe and Zee Bangla Cinema. So its just a marketing part. Nothing else.
