With reference to the recent reports published in newspaper and other sections of media regarding the proposed fund raising by Dish TV India Limited, in this regard, Dish TV India Ltd has said that as a policy, the Company does not comment on market speculations. Further, the resolution passed by the Board / Members of the Company is an enabling resolution to raise funds, similar to the one which was in place earlier and which had expired. The Company will raise funds when required and at terms acceptable to the Company
