Can i Connect Hathway cable wire to other DTH set-top box to view hathway channels?

No. Digital Cable broadcasts using DVB C where as DTH broadcasts using DVB S

Don't know why to connect Hathway cable to DTH box....but I would have liked to use good quality STB available in the market for viewing cable/DTH channels.........
